Z. Hao et al., Fractal superconducting nanowire single-photon detector at 1540 nm with 91% system detection efficiency (FM2E.6);

Z. Wang et al., Silicon four-quadrant photodetector working at the wavelength of 1550 nm (JW2A.136).
